Every plan is a private, single-tenant instance with an encrypted vault, an audit trail and MFA sign-in.
Your Claude Max subscription is billed directly to you by Anthropic and is never marked up. Agent activity draws on your Claude plan’s usage limits.
The 1-year plan bills monthly against a 12-month commitment, not twelve months up front. Month to month is available on every plan at a premium.
Every plan can be cancelled inside its first 30 days, and the 1-year commitment ends with it.
You build your own agents and Workspace pages. TierLogic provides the platform, the pre-built library agents and a continually updated skill library.

01Why do I need a Claude Max plan, and what does it cost?

Your agents run on Claude, and they run on your subscription rather than ours. Your usage, your keys and your data stay in your own account, and we never mark the plan up.

Business needs Claude Max 5x at $100 a month. Professional and Enterprise need Claude Max 20x at $200 a month. You buy it directly from Anthropic, and agent activity draws on that plan’s usage limits.
02What is my total first payment?

03What happens immediately after I pay?

Your private server is built and handed over the same working day, in business hours. From there we set up your agent roster around how your business actually runs, connect and test your apps, train the voice on your own writing, and run a live onboarding session with your team. Thirty days of hands-on tuning follows go-live, once real work is flowing through it.
04How long am I committed for, and how do I stop?

Stop any time, and your service runs to the end of the month you have paid for. The 1-year plan runs twelve months in exchange for the lower rate. Either way, if you change your mind inside your first 30 days we refund what you have paid for the service and the 12-month commitment ends with it.

Deployment is a one-time fee. Once your server is provisioned it is not refundable, because the work it pays for has been done.
05What is the refund policy?

If it is not working out, tell us inside your first 30 days and we refund what you have paid for the service. On the 1-year plan the remaining commitment ends with it, so you owe nothing further.

The deployment fee is not included, because by then your server is built, your apps are connected and your team is onboarded. Everything you pay for the service is refundable inside those first 30 days, no conditions and no exit interview. The guarantee covers your first 30 days only, and does not reset when your plan renews.
06Who can see my data?

You do. Your instance is private and single-tenant, never pooled with another business. Multi-factor authentication is required to sign in, the vault is encrypted, and everything that runs is written to an audit trail. Because your Claude plan and keys are your own, your data does not pass through our accounts to be worked on.
07What happens if an agent gets something wrong?

Any folder you mark read-only cannot be written to at all. That is enforced by the service that reaches your files, which refuses anything except a read, so it is not something an agent can be talked out of.

Everything your agents do is written to an audit trail, so you can see exactly what happened, when, and what it touched.
08Do I need technical staff to run this?

No. Deployment is done for you, and after that you work with your agents the way you would with people: in plain language, from the dashboard or from your phone.
09What if I need more agents later?

Add one for $250 a month, or move up a plan. Nothing needs rebuilding either way.
10Can I use my existing apps and files?

Yes. Your agents connect to the accounts you already use, and Connected Folders reaches files on your own computer and your network drives, with the access level set folder by folder. Connected Folders is included from Professional.
